Delete your TradeTide account
How to request deletion of your TradeTide Cloud Sync account and data.
Request deletion
- Email tradetide@mail.grokbot.com with the subject "Delete my TradeTide account".
- Send it from, or include, the Google email you signed in to TradeTide with (or your Gumroad purchase email if you used a license key only).
- We'll delete your data and confirm by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your Cloud Sync account and Google sign-in link (email and profile ID)
- All synced trades, day notes, journal entries and settings
- Connected devices list
- Stored license and purchase records (encrypted Gumroad key, Google Play purchase token and status)
What may be kept
- Records Gumroad or Google Play keep about your purchase under their own policies (we can't delete those; contact them directly).
- Information we must keep to meet legal obligations, if any.
Data on your device
Your local journal is never on our servers unless you used Cloud Sync. To delete it, use Settings → Clear all trades in the app, or uninstall the app. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
